Dubai is utilizing Jova Digital’s smart tellers to replace employees for performing routine civic operations.
From city centers to shopping malls and education campuses, citizens can now enjoy a smart teller in easily accessible locations to efficiently perform routine operations like renewing and printing a driver’s license, identity card or permit.
The smart tellers feature innovative identification methods, including ICT, magnetic and contactless card reading, palm reading, barcode and QR scanners, and a digital signature pad. The tellers each contain an A4 laser printer, custom thermal printer and an embosser to easily process and dispense the required material. In turn, the tellers accept checks, POS, bank notes and coins, and give change with both notes and coins.
